Enhancement on comments in Document and File Management
New user-defined fields feature are supported in Task Management

Menu Path:
Project->Document
Project->File
 
Function/Changes:

• Improved usability on comments in document management. User are able to view previous comments while posting new comment.
• Comments in File Management is allowed to be edited or deleted.
• Rich tex box editor is available.

Function/Changes:

• Introducing new feature to support user-defined fields in standard task and task template
• Users are allowed to add extra fields to a task to capture additional information. E.g. a OT (Overtime) Claim Task can add in extra fields such as "Reason Of OT", "Date of OT", "Claim Amount" and "Total OT hours".
• User are able to enable/disable a field, setting field label or set it to hidden, read-only or editable in various stages.
• User are allows to apply the new user-defined fields setting to existing pending tasks.
