Managed Enterprise solution means AJAXWorkspace application is hosted under our server. We provide 24x7 supports, free upgrades, and email services as long as user signs up our package. This solution includes a dedicated SSL certification, fixed IP and Domain Name. This solution is best fit to company who need private labeling features but with lower cost.
* Minimum subscription period is 6 months.
Self-Managed Solution
Self-Managed Enterprise solution means AJAXWorkspace application is hosted under user's server. This solution only includes user licenses fees, installation, one year 24x7 supports and free upgrades. This solution is best fit to company who need private labeling features but with higher usage and privacy control.
* Minimum server requirement includes MS SQL database, memory consumption not less than 128MB, MS ASP.NET AJAX 1.0 and .NET 2.0 frameworks with latest Services Pack.
